Under the treatment of materials by means of concentrated flows of energy (electron beam, laser, plasma stream, compressed electric arc and some others) in the case of some power threshold exceeding the oscillations (auto-oscillations) of temperature field in the zone of treatment are self-stimulated. The phenomenon of auto-oscillations of the temperature field stimulating Is the Indication of heating process'es self-organization for such material. The examples of self-organizing technologies of arc welding of the metals with the thickness up to 100 mm for one pass and periodical surface structure forming under the melting of rotating metallic cylinder's edges are shown. Both these two technologies were worked out with regard for main principles of synergetics, which is the science, studying the processes of self-organization and disintegration of structures In animate and inanimate nature.
