There has considered the exposure of concentrated flows of energy, such as electron beam, laser beam,
low temperature jet or cloud plasma, on a material in technological power concentration range 102—109
W/cm2,
in which material treatment usually is performed. There has been examined the effect of a heat transport processes,
a hydrodynamical phenomena on a phase and structural varlatons In the material. It is shown the use perspectives of
concentrated flows of energy
