   The potentialities of IR-survey as a nondestructive thermal monitoring of concrete monolits has been demonstrated with dam`s water-pape of hydroelectric station. The observations have reveled an area of anomalous thermal inertia, which may be linked to strain zone of concrete Layer. The results of a comparison estimation of moisture concent within concrete water-pape are given.
