Analysis of some effects in the femtosecond streak
tube by computer simulation

The space charge effects and others in the magnetic focusing femtosecond streak tube have been analized by some experiments and computer simulation Kinoshita and al. [l]. It was clarified considerably deterriorated temporal resolution inducing by space charge effects and the same causes. In this article as well as [1] the results of the analyses some causes exept space charge effects by means of the computer simulations are presented. The effects of energy distribution and angular distribution photoelectrons emitted from photocathode, sweep spead, width photocathode along the sweep direction, the electron magnification, the luminescent screen position, the accelerating voltage between photocathode and mesh are considered. The results were according to [1] and they may by useful for designing streak camera tubes too.
