Relativistic electron beam (REB) potential experimental determination in the drift space of high current electron accelerator and numerical restoration of measured signals are considered. Necessity for accelerated ions movement taking into account at the analysis of generation breakdown problems in powerful Cerenkov microwave devices is shown.
