PHOTOSENSITIVE PbSe LAYERS WITH SHIFTED LONGWAVE PHOTOSENSITIVITY BOUNDARY

ABSTRACT

       Results of studing chemical PbSe layers deposited on photoglass substrates with selective interference dichoic mirrors increasing photoactive abcorbtion in 4 mkm amd more spectral range are given. Integral D* Ё Su have higher values in comparison with photolayers manufactured by traditional methods.
