CAMERA TUBE FOR 0,4—2,0 mkm SPEKTRAL REJION

The paper describes non cooled television camera tube of 25 mm diameter with magnetic focusing and deflection. The device features are’: wide spectral rejoins (from 0,4 to 2,0 mkm), low lag (not more than 40 %) and small dark current (not more than 40 nA). The target of the device is based on PbO—S compaund. Manufacturing technology provides high overall sensitivity (signal current is more than 200 nA under illumination of 5lx behind IKS-2 filter) and high IR spectral sensitivity (more than 200 nA/mkW at g = 1,0 mkm). The device intended for broadcasting standard TV-systems operating in visual and (or) near IR spectral region. Their applications include: thermovision of heated objects, observation in dark conditions with use IR illumination, medicine, security, expertise of documents and art works, control of processing technologies in manufacturing of semiconductors and devices, based on them.
