STARING CdHgTe 128x128 AND 384x288 FOCAL PLANE ARRAYS

Staring CMT 128x128 and 384x288 LWIR Focal Plane Arrays (FPA) have been developed and investigated. FPA have been developed on the base of epitaxial layers grown both by Liquid Phase Epitaxy (LPE) and Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE). The photodiode matrix was bonded to the silicon MOS-Multiplexes which ensured reading, store and output of photosignals from a cooled zone. Performance of FPAs produced by different epitaxial methods is analyzed.
