TDI CdHgTe 4x48, 2x96, 4x128 and 2x256 focal plane arrays

Development results of multirows 3-5 m and 8-12 m waveband TDI FPA are presented. Formats of FPA are 4x48, 2x96, 4x128, 2x256. Performance of photovoltaic diode arrays based on mercury cadmium telluride (MCT) is introduced. Cooled silicon readout circuits have been made by n-MOS technology. FPA test methods and results in TDI mode are described. For 8-12 m waveband FPA a detectivity was greater than (1-2)x1011 cmW-1Hz1/2 for FPA formats of 4x48 and 4x128 with four elements in TDI and greater than (7-10)x1010 cmW-1Hz1/2 for FPA formats of 2x96 or 2x256 with two elements in TDI.
