The existence of a Hall stratum for an arc with a small current was suspected by authors. The checkout of a hypothesis of a Hall stratum as a whole has been initiated. For this purpose the experimental installation with the cylindrical coaxial cathode both anode and directional lengthwise axis by homogeneous magnetic field is created. The arc localized on an axis by ferromagnetic rings is gyrated uniformly. Diameter of the area of the cathode spots localization is less than 5 mm. The standing of cathode spots is filed by data units. The streams of ions in plasma of an interelectrode gap are explored by a designed double screened sonde.
