POWER EXCHANGE BETWEEN A LOCALIZED LANGMUIR
PERTURBATION AND PLASMA ELECTRONS

          It is numerically investigated a collissionless power exchange between localised langmuir oscillations and plasma electrons, whose thermal velocity is much less then the oscillations one and, correspondingly, their passage time of the perturbation area is much greater than the oscillation period. It is shown that such non-resonance electrons can take off a significant power of the oscillations.
