The model, explaining the occurrence of well regulated periodical movement in a slothole, is offered. The magnetic feild's induction in the cannel is determined. There is shown, that the intensity of magnetic field's in the channel depends on a current in the plate electrode, and practically doesn't depend on a current in the detail's parts. The availability of self-organizing in the arc movement during its movement in a narrow channel can be considered as a result of action of changeable mass forces. In the first approach the balance of forces is sum of three volumetrical forces: the electromagnetic force, which directed to the center of the arc channel, the force of electromagnetic friction and the gasodynamic force, which depended on the arc's speed and its position in the channel. The topological analysis of this dynamic equations' system is carried out. The topological structure of this system is unstable focus located between two "saddles". The numerical analysis of the solution, dependedon the generalized parameter of arc channel's enviroment, is carried out.
