Mode accelerated discharge in IR FРA with commutating p—n-junctions

Excess noises was analysed in a FРA with commutating p—n-junctions. The noises was caused by parallelisn of integration and discharge of photosignal in the FРA. It is shown, that the noises result in worsening of threshold characteristics of the FРAs, operated in BLIP-mode in 2½ times, in comparison with absolute theoretical limit. We propose and analyse new method of photosignal processing-mode of accelerated discharge. The method allows to suppress the noises. It is proposed new architecture of the FРA, which allows to realize the method without ruggedization of requirements of amplifier noises and without decreasing of pixel number of the FРA, operated in BLIP-mode. We propose also a architecture variant, which also allows to decrease number of amplifiers.
