Simulation of influence of the electrode structure parameters and emitting plasma parameters on the characteristics of narrow electron beam

   Dependence of output characteristics of electron beam from geometry of the emission channel, parameters of the electrode structure of plasma electron sources and concentration of emitting plasma has been calculated by computer simulation of electron-optical systems. It has been shown, that dependence of electron beam characteristics from this factors is explained by the depth of penetration of plasma in emission channel and emitting surface form.
