The physical conception is represented and at the base of the said conception the model of control of dynamics of the thermal and physical phenomena taking place during effecting vacuum aspherization has been developed. This model was experimentally approved, and in practice it provides forming the solid, free from inner stresses aspherizing layers possessing the equal-weights structural state. The said layers are optically homogeneous and have the coefficient of refraction stable in time.
