The screening of a moving charged dust particle in the nonequilibrium plasma is studied by using the point sink model. Characteristic times of polarization charge cloud formation around the moving particle are established. It is shown that the steady potential of the moving charged macroparticle has a dipole component whish becomes dominant at large distances from the macroparticle. The interaction force of the moving charged macroparticle with the induced charge cloud is determined and it is shown that the direction of this force can coincide with the macroparticle velocity direction.
