   In this work was studied the technological process of making of posistors on the basis of the titanate of barium. The optimum chemical composition of posistors was chosen. The conditions of preparation of blanks of posistor, its sintering were determined. Chosen technological parameters permit creating of posistors with required current versus voltage characteristics.
