Main parameters of high-power broad-band microwave amplifiers based on plasma-filled TWT and state-of-art power supply unit are presented. Non-relativistic Cherenkov type beam-plasma amplifier (plasma-filled TWT), based on hybrid slow-wave coupled-cavities structure with plasma-filled transit channel, has been developed. Plasma-filled CC TWT, designed as sealed tube, are characterized by a combination of high effi-ciency (30 %), wide bandwidth (25 %), high output power (15 kW).
