Investigation results of optical properties of new mixed nonlinear biaxial AgGaGeS4 crystal are represented. The crystal is solid solution AgGaS2:GeS2, transparent at
0.45 - 13.5 mm spectral range and belongs to mm2 point group symmetry. Damage threshold is 1.6 times higher than ZnGeP2 crystal has under pulse TEA CO2 laser pump. Sellmeier coefficients for spectral range 0.45-11.5 mm and second order non-linear susceptibility are determined.
