The algorithms of parallelizing the computations are considered for simulation of electrophysical processes in high current electrooptical devices, described by Maxwell-Vlasov system of differential equations. The methods for solving the field and flow tasks are presented briefly for computations of selfconsistent nonlinear problems. The criteria of parallelization efficiency are analized for implicit alternating direction method with acceleration by conjugate gradient approach and particle- in the- cell method for 3-D case. The estimates of communication costs are carried out for various variants of domain decomposition and for different architectures of multiprocessor computational systems.
