Some problems concerning the Dirac’s formula for a magnetic monopole charge

   After a brief survey of Dirac’s formula, some questions are asked, tending to show that the conclusions concerning the magnetic charge are not general. The monopole charge is not so rigidly fixed as it is believed and it can take a more extended range of values, some can be even very small.
