Range-gated night vision device for spectral region 0.9—1.7 µm

   The range-gated night vision device (RG NVD) for spectral region 0.9—1.7 µm is presented. Searching and detection of observing object in RG NVD was provided in the passive mode for distance equal maximal recognition distance by working of devices in the range-gated (RG) mode by wide range of external conditions. The recognize distance of a car is about 2 km, field of view in the passive mode is 6x3 grad, in the RG mode — 1x0.5 grad, precision of distance measure — ±5 m, the mass — less than 15 kg, DC power supply voltage equals to 12 V and consumption 15 W.
