In terms of the multiple scattering electrons theory and taking into account the method of the local coherent potential the forms of the local particle and full electron density of stats and the energy Fermi of intermetailics system Ti - Cu is calculated. It is shown that the enlarge of intermetailics system Ti - Cu brittleness is connected With appearance of ionic (Ti - Cu) and covalent (TiCu) compositions on the background of the metallic bound. The loss of the metallic bound by intermetailics is a consequence of the transformation of electron exchange between the atoms of Ti and Cu as a result of which the atom of Ti acquire donor properties and the atoms of Cu acquire acceptor ones.
