Researches of the fluctuation contribution to IV-curves
for single crystal YBa2Cu3O7-x near Tc

   The measurements of IV-curves for single crystal YBa2Cu3O7-x near temperature of phase trasition (T > Tc) to superconductive state have been carried out. It was revealed nonlinear in a wide IV-curves temperature interval. The nonlinear IV-curves of HTSC near Tc were explained by the order parameter fluctuations. It was developed the method of determination of the fluctuation contribution sf to conductivity of super-contuctors based on the measurements of IV-curves. The temperature dependencies of fluctuating sf and normal sn conductivity of single crystal YBa2Cu3O7-x in 95 - 105K interval of temperature were found.
